Farmers Insurance - Morena Flores

We’ve had homeowners insurance with Farmers for 2 years. At first of course she was very nice and pleasant and would return our calls and emails, even on the weekends. When I finally paid attention and realized that my premium was increasing by like $400 each year it got my attention. So I shopped around and got a WAY better deal with a lot more coverage for $1100 less a year. Being that we got referred by a family friend I believed we were in great hands and trusted her. WRONG! I asked her abt the high increase each year and she said because I had replacement cost but I didn’t really need that. So I asked her why would she add it then? She said because the mortgage bank required it at closing. So she offered to remove that to make my premium go down so we can stay with them. I told her th
