FRAUD ALERT. I purchased a policy from this office in 2021. They talked me into purchasing a much more expensive but fully-refundable policy so that I could evaluate long term care legislation and potential double coverage later on. When I requested cancellation of the policy and a refund last month, I was only refunded 15% of the premiums I paid. When I asked why, Dale, the managing partner of this office told me there was a vesting schedule and that I didn't understand the product. The marketing materials said 100% refundable premiums, and the NYL agent who sold me the policy to this day believes it was marketed as a 100% refundable product. Dale's condescending response to my inquiry tells me this wasn't his first time gaslighting his own customer. I can't imagine having to rely on such

Horrible Service! Cancelled my Life Insurance in May 2022 after several attempts to increase my life insurance with no help from my agent. They then proceeded to charge me for the next two months June/July. Stay away from them and Jacob Hardin who was our rep as I have called, email and texted multiple times to get a refund back for weeks now and I have had no response.

If I could do 0 stars, I would rate Ney York Life Insurance 0 for sure!! Very unprofessional and no help at all. We simply just don't want their service/insurance to renew. They did it without our knowledge.

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS. THIS OFFICE NO HELP AT ALL!! OUR POLICY EXPIERED ON FEB.2024. WE NEVER AGREED TO RENEW AGREEMENT AND NEW TRIPLE PRICE. THEY KEEP TAKING MONY FROM OUR ACCOUNT FOR 5 MONTS. I CALL EVERY TIME AND THEY SAY: " WON'T HAPPEN AGEN. " AND THEY STILL TAKE MONY. BE CARFULL!!!
