On multiple occasions, I have called with questions regarding retirement health benefits and received different answers from different employees. When I follow up to clarify, another representative often provides a completely different explanation. This lack of consistency creates confusion and frustration for retirees who rely on accurate information to make important decisions. As retirees, we contribute significant funds to this program and deserve clear and reliable guidance.
