Jamie Dunn - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Jamie Dunn's ins agency for a number of years now, and I couldn't be happier. He and his team are thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. They really have their client's best interest at heart, and it shows. I called today because I scratched someone's truck and needed advice about how to proceed. Should I pay for it out of pocket, etc. Jamie took all the time needed to explain all my options. I feel very confident now on how to proceed. I recommend him to anyone who wants five star service.

They never answer their phone. What value do they add when we can’t get hold off a local agent? The 3 times I’ve called no answer. Called in morning, afternoon, and evening on 3 different dates. Better off working with other agent.

Erica was a refreshing pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions very clearly and resolved all of my issues quickly. I wish everyone was as enjoyable to work with as she is!
