Farmers Insurance - Chavela Esparza

Incredibly rude and unprofessional woman. She acts like you're inconveniencing. She's always tired and won't hesitate to let you know that. Her son is cool and that's the only reason I kept going there.

Chavela and Ryan are awesome! They really care about their clients. My price with Allstate was getting skyhigh for no reason. Not only did the find me a better price they were able to get me better coverage. I didn't realize how important uninsured motorist was.

Awful and useless agent. Her office smells strongly of cat urine and rancid food. She is sycophantic and delusional. Completely unaware that she is dealing with customers, no professionalism, and no sense of boundaries. She was my late fathers home insurance agent, and rather than ever trying to help me close his account, she instead wanted to gush about him like a swooning high school kid. Unbelievably unprofessional and repulsive.

I've been with them for years, and I recommend their service. Always on top of things, and if anything happens, I always receive calls. Always looking out for their customers.

She is a veteran in the business and knows her stuff. Quick service and bilingual too!
