I was insured through New Castle Insurance for close to 19 years on a property I own. This year they never sent out a renewal policy for my insurance. They also never sent out any paperwork that my insurance had lapsed. I contacted New Castle Insurance and the lady was rude and told me my agent retired and it was not there fault that we didnt recieve any paperwork for renewal policy. This company was getting close to $2,000 a year from me to insure my building. I spoke with Star an agent there and she gave me quote on new policy and raised payment from $135 a month to $200 a month... I found same insurance from another company for less than half the price. This company is unprofessional and I warn you not to use them. I can not believe they did not contact me when I never paid payment sin
