Brian Rykiel from State Farm was incredibly helpful while reviewing our insurance. With two teen drivers in the house, insurance can get pretty painful, but Brian took the time to walk through our policy and find multiple discounts that helped bring the cost down. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us get the best possible coverage at the best possible rate. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to make a stressful situation a little easier. Highly recommend working with Brian if you’re looking for someone who really takes the time to help! Better than phenomenal! In a day and age when insurance companies are crooks and only out for themselves, Ryan and Dorothy are polar opposite! They explain EVERYTHING to you when buying home, car, and business policies. They have been and continue to be transparent of every little line item within each policy and what is accepted and not accepted. They have been there for me when I first moved to Delaware. We have always received a very prompt response from the team on any question we've had. Lisa Cautillo is generally our primary contact and is fabulous at ensuring we receive a prompt and thorough response to our queries, although Brian has been exceptionally responsive as well. We've one or two claims over the 25 years we've been with the Kennett Square team, but when those claims arose, they were handled promptly, paid in full, and brought to a successful close without any issues.
