Bryan, quoted and enrolled me into my insurance policy with the safe driving discounts and never told me. So when I got my policy they were needing info for the safe driving program. When I told progresive I did not sign up for that my rates went up. Of coarse they did because Bryan, signed me up without my consent. Then when you call frustrated he wants you to listen to his ego rather than understand why the customer is not happy. Further action is being looked into.
