Extremely disappointed with the way this location treated my mother. After decades of service and who even knows how much premium money spent, this location dropped her unceremoniously from coverage when she sold her house and downsized to her rental last October, allegedly for having a bad roof on the rental. However, they did not give her that information until she received it with her notice of policy cancellation. Prior to that, they shamed her when I moved her auto insurance to Progressive a couple of years ago (she is on a fixed income), and brought her to tears. After the team canceled her insurance and left her with no coverage, she attempted to speak with them multiple times to no avail.
