I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my mother’s insurance situation by this State Farm office. After more than over 20 years of homeowners insurance with no claims, she was contacted and offered savings if she moved my homeowners policy. After completing all required questions, she was advised to cancel her existing policy because coverage with State Farm was being issued. Shortly after the cancellation was processed, she was informed that the new policy was not approved, leaving her home uninsured. Her prior policy had been paid in advance and was active through September 2026. Since then, she has struggled to obtain clear answers or meaningful assistance to resolve the situation. The lack of accountability and follow-through has caused significant stress and placed my mother

It goes without saying that we all have problems... I can not be more impressed with the kindness sensitivity of an Entire Staff then that of the crew at Nereyda Perez State Farm . Whether it's on the phone or in person, professionalism and integrity are well covered here. I have been a client over the past 8 years. Throughout the ebbs and flows ,The Team has been there for me. I must especially mention ..Lorraine, Alex, and Olga. I can't explain enough how they all ..have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I highly recommend this office. If you haven’t reached out to the State Farm office I suggest that you do LORRAINE has been my agent for many years. She also does a fabulous job. She never makes me wait. Returns calls immediately and has always gotten the job done for me. Even the time is when I’ve made a mistake and she’s had to bail me out The office is a pleasure all of the girls in there are I recently switched our commercial over to them and have had to deal with Olga. She just helped me with the project I had from my job and she was able to recommend someone and worked with them getting us insurance in literally less than 24 hours where has other agents have taken weeks . If you’re looking to switch companies, I highly suggest that you reach out to Loraine and Olga over at State Farm.
