My previous State Farm agent retired, and unfortunately, I ended up with Nelson. The first thing he did was call me three times in a row while I was in a meeting, demanding that I call him back immediately. I emailed him to ask what was so urgent that it warranted multiple calls in a row, but, of course, he never responded. Then, I received a notice that he had canceled my policy without any explanation. Thankfully, I was able to find a better policy elsewhere for a lower price. If you’re looking for an agent who is both annoying and unresponsive—and might even cancel your policies without notice—then Nelson is the one for you!
