Rinayah was extremely helpful with me. She, along with neighbors isueance agency, helped me and girlfriend both save over $100 each monthly on our car insurance. I have been with them for almost ten years now and I have referred several people there and every single one thanked me afterwards. But the service from Rinayah was outstanding and she gave me all the answers I was looking for and I’d say she made a difficult process, extremely simple. My husband and I have been using neighbors insurance since 2021 all the ladies have always been so helpful and nice. But I have to give a huge shout out to Chris he was so patient, helpful and informative. I know I called when it was 15 min before they closed and i still received the best customer service.
