I don’t like the insurance I am better. I am sure they’re ridiculous but my caseworker Sandra Polansky was a lifesaver an absolute angel from heaven. She was wonderful. She was a godsend after I got hit my SUV while riding my bicycle. I had no one no one mainly to defend me, but I had her! She made certain to Bryan trauma Nuts weren’t billion me and picking on me like they had been. She was by my side through it all,. I hope so much for her. She is a wonderful wonderful caseworker I hope she knows she ment soo much to have her there for me I soo greatly appreciated her I hope she gets a massive raise cause she was my hero after my injury.

I waited over 2 hours for somebody to pick me up from Capital Foot and Ankle today plus I sent them pictures of the exact location I was in and I waited for two vehicles to come out and pick me up and no one came I just had a major surgery with an external fixator on my leg and it is extremely painful to have to stand for that long to wait for someone to come pick me up I finally had family come pick me up and cancel the ride so hopefully somebody reads these reviews and takes care of the people that are going out and picking up and delivering people to where they need to go for doctor's appointments. I've used it before and had really good service so I don't know what happened this time but this time if I could give them zero Stars I would. The people that did come to pick me up and take

the new covid vaccine has been out for weeks and no one at the company knows what it is or whether it's covered. after being turned away from a vaccine appointment, i have to get a prior authorization form from my doctor for preventative medical care that should be routine and covered for everyone. i've wasted so much time with this team's incompetence. the policy failure of not updating your formulary will cost lives. shame on you. update: i found the right person to bother in the pharmacy department who sent in an override. be tenacious if they are not covering something that should be covered. update 2: just tried to log into my account and it made me do 2 factor authentication before telling me the website is down. very government. lol

I would like to know if there is another service to use to go from Lincoln to Omaha? I've had drivers stop for snacks and made me late for appointments, I've had a driver who had his side chick in the van, he picked up a crossed town before picking me up, and he had to drop her a hotel, and he had to turn around and go back to hotel to give her her phone she left in van. And he made me miss my appointment. Then he cussed me out, while taking me back home. MTM says, you have to schedule trips 3 days ahead, but reading the MTM site it states you can schedule a ride 2 days ahead or 60 days in advance! They give you the run around. I think it's because they don't want to do their job, but they want that money. They don't care about patients. Now I scheduled a ride, now they say, I have to call

Second time this place has brushed my Mom off. They keep saying they made the appointment. But how does that work when she was ready 20 minutes ahead of time and you guys didn't call? Get real, dude. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.
