NC Farm Bureau Insurance

The local agents in this office is wonderful but the claims department is the worst. My home was rob 2 months ago and I have been given nothing but the run around. I have had 3 adjuster to date. None of them ever return your calls or emails. You have to cc the local office for anyone to reply. The damage that was done to my home I paid to get repaired because my claim is still processing. As a customer this is unacceptable. Please beware!! The local Aberdeen office is wonderful but if you every have a claim or an issue that they can't deal with it will be a total mess.

Farm Bureau is a GREAT company. I've been with them for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier! My agent is James Sawyer and he is wonderful. He returns phone calls and email messages in a timely manner and is always willing to help in any way. He supports his community and is a caring family man. I would highly recommend seeing him for all your insurance needs.

Check the BBB rating before thinking about doing business with this office. Poor communication, extra fees added after policy is signed. Worthless required annual "membership". Look for other options before talking to NCFB.

After a year of going back and forth with them and then they drop us after having a claim. Longterm customer. Typical insurance crooked company.
