Bearing Insurance

Justin Rohme called to remind me that our homeowners insurance was renewing. I was concerned about the sharp increase in the yearly rate, so he shopped around and found a new policy with Auto-Owners Insurance that saved us around $1,500 for home and car insurance. We are very grateful for his quick response, excellent customer service, and pleasing personality.

The agent argued that the Ford Transit Connect passenger van I was going to purchase was instead a commercial van because she couldn’t locate the vin number. When I told her I was no longer interested in a quote from them and hung up she had a out of state agent catfish me to try and get all my policies. Incompetency and deceptive practices don’t earn my business.
