I was rear ended by someone insured by NC Farm Bureau on 4/13/22. My attorney has been trying to get this company to settle our lawsuit and no one at this company has returned my attorneys phone calls concerning this settlement. Don't go to this company for insurance. The don't handle any claims as they should. We've been waiting on them to call us back since June of last year. Poor professionalism Poor customer service Poor claims department No one knows how to do their job. Avoid this company at cost
