I've been working with Madeleine for our insurance needs for the past 18 years. She has always been incredibly helpful, and is quick to respond when I call or email her with a question. Between my homeowners policy and fleet of vehicles and drivers, questions and changes come up between policy renewals, and Madeleine provides steady assistance. She also meets with me to review my policies at renewal to ensure I'm covered properly and update as necessary. Thank you!

I did not deal with Midgett Agency locally possibly they could have helped had it been their client. I dealt with the people at the 800# as their client ran his vehicle into our store. Nationwide was unprofessional, unrealistic and uninformed of the high cost and lack of companies to do the repair work in this area. They also paid an extremely low amount not even 1/2 of the estimate amounts and then deducted for depreciation. I have never once seen a contractor or repairmen reduce their bill due to age of a building so the logic behind the claim amount paid being depreciated seems like another con. Their client hit and caused damages to our location they should return it to the state it was when the damage occurred.

They fixed my car. The whole entire staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend their services.
