One star because of the "cheerleader like" women answering phones & talk so fast as if they want to hurry to get off the phone. I've been w them for 16 years & I'm looking for a different insurance company. They definitely don't treat me like I've been w them for 16 plus years! They act like I need to pay a membership to have insurance w them. I read the fine print & I don't need the membership for anything so I don't pay that part. I'm looking for a company that want my business!!!!!

Got a few referrals from my mortgage person and Stephen McMasters had the most human factor out of the 3 quotes. He made sure I was well informed and got back to me on a Friday holiday weekend. Definitely recommend.

Would not recommend. Was in a accident and was told that I didn't have full coverage on my vehicle when I called. I asked how this could be because I pay every month for it. I am also still paying on the car so it has to be on it. I was told that it was changed due to a membership fee not being paid. I asked why I wasn't notified that they were changing it. I was told it was my responsibility to check my premiums and see the difference. All my payments has been the same with no change. I had talked to someone in February when my policy renewed and was not notified of anything being owed. Also spoke to someone around October and was not notified of anything being owed. My accident happen beginning of March and just so happens they changed my policy to not have full coverage starting in Marc

What a great business! Super friendly and helpful staff; everyone treats you like family. It’s so much better than your super giant insurance companies where they treat you like another number.

TJ Hall takes care of his clients as if they are his own family. My wife and I had no idea what to do about starting life insurance or even what types there were. TJ took ample time to explain our options to us, lay out a plan, and execute starting the policy with frequent check ins and monitoring. I would trust no one else with my life insurance than TJ Hall!!
