Horrible experience with them! Been a customer for 5 years and the whole time they always messed up our policy, never returned phone calls, never answered their phone, and when we were trying to cancel our policy no one would ever return our phone call and some new guy and also Scott lied to us! So glad we left that place! Definitely watch your policy every month to be sure that you're vehicles are even insured still! We put a vehicle on our policy and they literally took it off without permission and we drove around for months thinking we had insurance and we didn't but we still paid our monthly payment for it! Horrible experience! Will never go back!

I switched to freedom insurance and have more coverage on one of my two vehicles and have lower a deductable and pay 220$ less a month. If you're thinking of switching get a quote from freedom you will not be disappointed. I'm so glad I did.
