Just want to express my gratitude to Mark Ellenberg and FARM bureau for the service received in settling both an auto claim and water damage claim timely during the past year. These claims came at a trying time as both my wife and I were experiencing severe medical issues. The assistance we received did much to lessen the stress we were experiencing at this time. Cancelled my insurance 4 days after paying due to them constantly going up on my rate. They were $20 more expensive a month. Then they proceeded to charge me $50 for 4 days of coverage. Would not send anyone to get a policy from them
