I deal with Victoria Littleton each month when I call in to make payments. She is very personable and knowledgeable! She is always prompt in sending a receipt of payment! I think she is an asset to NavSav in the Leland office. D Carroll

Horrible customer service! I sold my house late Nov. and notified them of to cancel. It is now 2/3/26 and have not rec;d refund of unused portion. Have contacted this office 4 times to follow up and there is no proctive action on their part to resolve. Just sit and wait is basically their response. Also the amount they say is being refunded in off and they say "they dont prorate refunds that comes direct from the carrier" I requested contact info for the carrier and have rec'd no response.
