I worked with Davis Simpson for home, auto and umbrella. It took nearly the entire business day to finalize everything, yet Mr. Simpson was very professional, courteous and patient while answering all my questions. My husband and I have been a customer for over 20 yrs. We have our home and car insurance with them, and they have been there for us when we needed them for our home. But when it come to a situation where someone committed suicide and jumped from a bridge over the highway/interstate, I couldn't do anything but run over him. It messed up my car ,and I had to have Hazmat clean it up also. But because the body fell in front of my car instead of on it they put 3 points on my license, jacked up my insurance an extra 3 hundred dollars! I wrote a review before it was deleted I would like for anyone to know how bad I was treated . I was told to get insurance elsewhere because and error was on there part so they wants to blame me for it. I was ask by the John to just find insurance elsewhere if I am Not happy and i ask for a refund and he said we already provided a service so I said it want work like that and in my heart feeling disrespected because i gave you my business and they stick together even if you're right. They decided to cancel my collision so i would go elsewhere .
