I did give a top rated review on brook from this agency a month ago and now follow up on my claim i was at the agents office and I had an amazing experience again but with Danielle Pennington, the owner of the agency. She is incredibly patient, and truly cares about her customers. I stopped by the office for help with my digital payment claim, and she personally took the time to assist me right on the spot. Danielle didn’t rush anything, explained every step clearly, and ensured my claim was taken care of correctly before I left. It’s rare to see an agency owner be this hands-on and supportive. I’m genuinely grateful for her help and highly recommend Danielle Pennington’s State Farm Agency to anyone looking for exceptional service and someone who truly puts customers first.
