Switched my car insurance to them because their rates were 1/3 of what Progressive was charging and now I’m working with Chase on life insurance as well. Chase has been great to work with very informative but not pushy and the nurse that I worked Andrea is one of the nicest most genuine people I have met in a very long time. I highly recommend working with both of them if you get the opportunity

I recently switched my Auto and Home insurance to NC Farm Bureau. My agent Dustin Griffin and his staff were very helpful in making the transition seamless. Dustin reviewed my existing policies and made great recommendations that saved us money while gaining appropriate coverages. Dustin Griffin is my agent and he is awesome. He has met me when it’s convenient for me lots of times. If I have a problem or questions it is handled quickly and correctly. Dustin is always available when I need him. He is honest about whether he can beat another quote. Dustin is very kind and sincere. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help. It’s nice to have a local agent who is available and also cares about my family.

Dustin and his team are great. They have helped me with life and auto insurance. The rates are amazing. My husband is using them for an auto loan for his business and my mom has insurance through Dustin. We’ve never had any issues. Every time I have a question or concern Dustin or Shannon will call me in a matter of minutes. They even help me with other personal issues. Dustin will drive over 30 minutes to meet me at work for signatures. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is convenient for me and my family. He even notifies me when there is an opportunity to save money! You can’t get better service than this.
