First & foremost you folks have been wonderful. First class all the way! My auto insurance was raised considerably due to 2 mishaps which Erie Insurance paid for. I have no traffic accidents or tickets. I switched to a company that saved me a lot of money.
Hands down best Insurance agent Ive ever had! I never have to wait for them to return my calls, all of my questions are always answered, and follow up is pristine! They care about what they do; and they do it well! Thank for working with me to meet my needs!!
Be warned that this agency is very disorganized and will bill post policy cancellation for "audits" which I am sure are buried somewhere in the fine print of an agreement. For the entire 10 months we engaged with this company there were billing issues, dubious practices, and ultimately poor customer service. Would be VERY skeptical of working with this company
