He's helped me understand a lot about my home owners insurance policy that I wasn't aware of, even the frustrating parts. He is patient and knowledgable. I’ve been with NC Farm Bureau since moving to NC 3 years ago. Nickie Sacco is great to work with, always available to answer questions and help when needed. My local office doesn't have any idea what is going on at the main headquarters. I was given misinformation by the people at the front desk which resulted in my payment being a day late. For this they immediately cancelled my insurance. They are the worst. I switched over to the General - better coverage and better informed.

Been with this company for a few years now. Ricky Lambert is my agent. He is wonderful! Gets back to me quickly, always kind, and knows what he is doing. I have home, life, and auto insurance there. I have used the auto policy and had no problems. It was quick and painless. I highly recommend Ricky for all your insurance needs!

We currently have coverage through NC Farm Bureau for our vehicles, our home and our tow behind travel camper. He has guided us through the process of getting coverage for your teenage driver and the steps needed to be sure everyone is well insured.
