Chase Insurance Group

We visited this agency to transfer policies on October 20, 2025 and were told that the principal would call us after some pending business. We left our phone number and policy numbers but never heard from anyone again. Not the way we want to do business! (ADDED TO AGENCY RESPONSE) No WE didn't misunderstand a thing. A woman named Christina said that the owner would call us which he never did... Period!. Please don't push your poor business practices back onto us.

Ryan has been so helpful. Working with us on an accident while we were out of state. He has stayed on top of things and been AWSOME. Thank you Ryan Griffin.

Thank you to Chase Insurance and especially Donny Cantrell for helping my son’s girlfriend out with her accident. It wasn’t her fault and Donny has went far and above to help her out. The other peoples insurance has been tuff to deal with but he has done his best to help her in every way possible. I would recommend Chase Insurance to anybody.
