Had a few problems with our payments, and mix ups with paperwork. But, the frustration was turned around when speaking to Lindsey. She was kind, and super understanding. Even with two frustrated adults in front of her. She genuinely helped ease our worries and concerns, and helped us get everything in order. She was very much appreciated, and I feel she deserves recognition for it. Really saved the day for us

Don't dare ask Eddie Alejandro questions more than once (even when you have a fresh concussion). He will raise his voice and condescendingly and repeatedly say that he has told you this three times and he doesn't know how to explain it more or help you beyond that. Alexis at the home office, however, is kind and patient. SHE should be an agent, not the likes of others.

Cameron has been an exceptional agent. Always goes above and beyond. When we moved to Charlotte, he drove down twice to finalize our homeowners insurance, no questions. No matter where we move we will keep Cameron & Farm Bureau.

Typical insurance company that will take your money for years, and when the time comes when you need help, they will figure out any way possible NOT to help you. Unfortunately for us, we operate a farm, so we are limited to the Insurance companies that will deal with people and businesses in our unique situation. If I am able to find an alternative company in the future who will actually help us when we legitimately need help, we most certainly will.

They live here. They are part of our community. They know your needs and want to help. In my experience they are always kind and courteous. Can't imagine doing business with another company. Can't recommend them enough!
