I've left two messages in the past 3 days with agents to call me back and I've received no call back. I've paid on time this entire year now my last payment due for my final month of the year being your client and after not being notified of late fee policies that even if you're "1 day late" (!) you're gonna charge $10?? No grace period at all for people struggling to pay monthly? Now my bill is due tomorrow showing an extra $10 on it from last month where I paid God forbid 3 days late and now the following month you're gonna try to slap $10 bucks at me? On top of that I received a cancellation notice in the mail dated the 16th in the mail which caused confusion and distress but realized yal sent that out 3 days after I paid. I'm so happy I switched to Peak Insurance. Robin was amazing in handling everything and getting my policies moved over. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she found me more coverage at lower rates! And she was so personable throughout the whole process. After several years of call centers and talking to automated insurance agents, it is such a welcomed relief to be dealing with a human being that cares. Cannot recommend this place, or Robin, enough!
