Waste of time. I just wanted a quote. The person wants to interrogate you on why you want a quote. "What insurance are you with now?" "So you want quote because they raised the rate on you?" "How much are you paying now?" If it's this hard to get a quote I figure it will be even harder when you need anything else from this shop. Next...
