BEWARE OF GOING HERE!!! The agent Stephanie Duncan is rude and disrespectful. She will cuss you out and lie too. I would advise you not to conduct business with her. She does not have great customer service skills At All. Ruuuuuunnnnnnn!!
Road side assistant, I need a Tow truck, am 13 minutes away from my place, I have a Flat tire. Am on line looking for Gebco Roadside assistance number, I can't find any numbers for them I has send about three emails, no response.
Steve took care of my Auto Insurance. He was able to back date my policy and get me out of the MVA Fine. He was able to send an electronic FR19 to the MVA saving me a trip and several hours.
When I got in a accident. They did not fully walk me through what I was supposed to do and now I owe money that I do not have. Very unprofessional .
I went in to get fingerprints. I asked to wash my hands in their bathroom and was told no because they'll have to sanitize it after. I had to go to Friday's to wash my hands.
