Terrible, wouldn't give me an actual agent sent me to some robot that didn't understand anything I was saying then put me on hold for additional 20 minutes, sat on the phone for almost an hour trying to get a home insurance quote. Never did speak with an agent huge waste of time.
Totally useless insurance. They don't cover anything on home owners policy, and raise rates by over 600 dollars on auto policy. Even though we have no accidents or tickets. Refuse to talk to me and offer explanation
