The staff was always kind. NW rates were extremely high and kept increasing. No loyalty rewards for 30 years customer.
I would not use Nationwide Insurance again. When the covid-19 broke out but her insurance companies thought about the people who hid Faithfully paid their insurance bills year after year and gave them a break to help them get back on top. Nationwide Insurance didn't do any of that instead they kept operating as usual and sent out cut off notices without any concern for the plight of their customers.
