I spent over a week calling this office, leaving messages, and trying to get basic help with my auto and renters insurance. Not one call was ever returned. Meanwhile, during the exact same time, they returned my ex-spouse’s call immediately — but still ignored all of mine. Because they refused to answer me, my auto coverage was dropped without my knowledge.
