We were referred to Jennings Insurance Agency through a friend. Switching insurance brokers was the best decision we made for our company. Chip and Brittany thoroughly went through my existing policies and found many inaccuracies. They have never made us feel like a burden with the endless questions we have, given our previous policies were a mess. We have peace of mind knowing we are now properly covered. Jennings Agency has serviced all of my personal and business insurance needs for many years. They provide excellent service with a personal touch. I’m able to talk to Brittany, Chip, and Michelle about my needs, and they always provide me with the knowledge and experience to help me make the best decisions for my business, as well as my personal insurance. I have been with them many, many years but recently have not had the best service. I had my car insurance switched over to a different company within their agency. First my info was keyed in wrong. Secondly and most importantly, I received a third party collection notice about balance due from previous insurance company after I was told it was going to be taken care of. Do not recommend them when switching to different insurance company within their agency.

This business has amazing customer service! They truly show how much they value their customer and work diligently at keeping the customers satisfaction! Michelle has always handled my policy and whenever I needed to update it she made it quick and painless! The office is well kept and the staff is friendly. 10/10 recommend doing business at Chip Jennings office!
