I have been doing business with this State Farm location under Agent Kathy Kretz for over eight years. It began with my auto insurance and later expanded to include a rental policy. Everyone in this office has always been professional, pleasant, and kind. This is why I remained with this agent despite moving several times over the years. Without going into detail, a situation occurred in June that caused my automatic draft to stop. The issue was promptly corrected, and I received an apology. However, I discovered today that the same issue occurred again. When I called, I was given misinformation by the agency owner.
