Called asking for a quote spoke with Barbara. First for the quote , Russell called me back later that day requesting my social security number to get a quote which is new to me. provided my social and never heard back . Very unprofessional and unethical . Asking for someone’s personal info and not responding back to them screams scam and illegal .
The insurance agent was extremely sarcastic and snarky when asked very simply if it was possible to do service in a policy. She was condescending and I would not recommend any of my friends, family or customers to this location.
Russell and especially Barbara are the best most helpful people you'll ever deal with :)
Great people low pressure sales with many options. A pleasant insurance experience.
