John Fabry - State Farm Insurance Agent

I experienced ongoing billing issues over a two-year period, including unexplained charges and a full-term charge after my policy was canceled in 2024. Recently, I also received a renewal declaration for a homeowners policy that should not have existed. I reported this to my mortgage company and State Farm corporate. Thankfully, I kept detailed records. I strongly recommend carefully reviewing all paperwork and statements.

John Fabry has been our insurance agent for over twenty years for our homeowner and auto insurance needs. Answers the phone immediately when I call with a question --not the automated bots and long waits that is the unfortunate new normal with customer service these days. Excellent company! .

John Faby has always been extremely kind.and patient with me and my husband whenever we needed to speck with him .. Yesterday we the had opportunity to speck with him in his office concerning an issue with our home owners insurance....I was so grateful for his understanding in helping us with our policy..We trusted his opinion and left his office with relief that we were in good hands...Thanks again John...it was great seeing you again...

I like to joke that Andrew is my "Jake from State Farm." In all seriousness, I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service that he provides. Honestly, anyone who picks up the phone at this particular branch is a pleasure to deal with and is super helpful, whether it's Andrew, Virginia, or John Fabry himself. Additionally, I'm sure they all look fantastic in khaki's. I have never had a bad experience with them and that's why I ignore the constant barrage of insurance advertisements I hear everyday. Thanks again for being a solid team, I appreciate it and I hope your bosses appreciate it, too. (i.e. Give them a raise if you're reading this, big wigs.) -Matt
