Nationwide Insurance: R&G Insurance Associates Inc

I have been with Nationwide for over 20 years. Never had an issue with there service or customer service until I was switched from my original company Pam Biedle to this company. Everytime I call everyone wants to quickly transfer you (never offer any help). I was transferred to Lisa who I guess some sort of supervisor. Was so unwilling to listen let alone help she started raising her voice and of course ready to tranfer me as quickly as possible. If your looking for insurance Nationwide isn't bad, but if tou looking for an insurance company that will help you and are professional to the customers I advise you look elsewhere. Rogers & Goldbach representative Lisa is anything but helpful. That's my opinion. Hopefully others wont have to experience this type of service.

Been with R&G for 7 years very satisfied! Frank goes out of his way to make sure I’m happy. Keep up the great job!

Used laundry when working in MD. A bit costly but mostly clean. Better than hotel laundry
