Midtown Insurance Group, LLC, An Erie Insurance Agency

I have been a customer for one year. Upon trying to renew my policy I had one document to submit. They said they didn't receive it. So, upon hearing the voicemail from them while traveling abroad, without my computer, I recreate the document. I heard nothing back. Upon returning home I see no notification whatsoever and so contact them and they won't respond. So I cancelled the policy Jan 12 (found MUCH CHEAPER rate for same coverage at State Farm). Just now (Jan 13) I called Erie Corporate and learned that THEY cancelled my policy Jan 9 - and NO ONE TOLD ME! I would stay far away from this agency.

Ken and his team are absolutely awesome! We have auto, home, and umbrella through them and their prices and support are top notch. They are even there to support us on weekends and after hours when we decide to purchase cars. Can't recommend them enough for all your insurance needs.
