Nationwide Insurance: Perry Paige

I have been with this insurance for over 3 years with a good record , they went up $30 on my bill i called and asked for a cheaper price he said he would move me to progressive bc they were cheaper but told me to wait til next month and we would transfer everything over . He called on a sunday but couldnt reach me and said he would call monday morning so i called back monday morning and never heard from him til the afternoon by that time they had charged my card once again so im livid at this point . Hs said i could get a refund but they would have to cancel my insurance . I received my refund which was short $70. So now i dont have insurance and didnt receive a full refund which he never mentioned they would take out from it . He said there was nothing he could do but still switch my ins
