Mike is fantastic to work with even though a little slow to respond. Steven, his employee has horrible customer service and tries to give life lessons when you simply want information. Even after stating he doesn't take our frustration personally he condescendingly tries to school you on insurance. NOT professional in any way shape or form. Steven calls back and reneges on what he said he would do because he couldn't get his point across.

Mike and his team are the best! They were able to secure better rates than I could find on my own and I have the peace of mind knowing that they are looking after my account and that I've got the coverage that I need without getting what I don't need.
