Nationwide Insurance

Well they bumped my insurance from $2400 in 2021 to $7600 in 2024. Similar house in this area pays 3700 with farmers. In 2023 bad hail damage and nationwide refused to cover the damage. Had to hire a public adjuster and took him a year to get nationwide pay. But then I have to pay adjuster about 20% from the check. When I tried to cancel the policy, they automatically transfer me to their local agent in Colorado, but no one answers or calls back. I had to use friend’s phone call nationwide pretend to be a new customer, got to talk to a sales (yes they always answer), told them I will talk to lawyer if they do not cancel my policy. After 5 hours , finally got my policy cancelled. If you do not want to go through all these, stay away from nationwide.

Absolute worst customer service. Ivan carranza, specifically, failed to respond to reasonable demands and was exceedingly difficult to work with our homeowners claim. Excited to change carriers soon!

We have blatant roof damage and they said there is none. Not to mention our next door neighbors 20 ft away had to have their entire roof replaced from the same storm and our houses were built months apart. Worst service ever

To whom it may concern do not ever use nationwide auto insurance homeowner sure insurance for any reason horrible customer service unable to solve problems at any point in time during the weekend being laughed at by customer service staff being mocked and ridiculed by supervision when you call to complain about staff highly unprofessional company they do not value loyalty they do not value customers

This is the worst company. No one knows what's going on, not helpful and WAY over priced... I have never delt with such horrible customer service until I was with this company...awful
