We have been working with Jaime at King Insurance agency for approx 5+ years. First Richard King shopped and saved us alot of money on our business insurance. We still shop our business insurance each year which and each year he has steadily outpaced the competition. Then with his staff they are fantastic! I like that you get to know them personally and you're not just a dollar sign to them. I also enjoy the fact that they check in with me multiple times throughout the year just to make sure everything is going ok. Jaime is awesome! She promptly takes care of any email or phone requests that I have from certificates of insurance, to reporting claims, to updating my equipment, vehicle and driver lists or just helping me find answers to any questions I may have. I have emailed late in the day expecting an answer the next day and she surprises me by popping right back up with a reply. Definitely cannot beat the great customer service!
