As a business owner I am always able to see the activities my employees do that drive direct revenue (sales, etc.) but need help to see great work when it’s customer service or something like that. I wanted to recognize how much Cheyla did to help us with a big commercial job over the past month or two. It was a true marathon of dealing with a very particular client and of course the insurance company doesn’t make things easy either. Regardless, she pushed through and got things settled so that we could get back on the job site quickly.
