⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Although I’m not currently a client of this insurance agency, I was recently involved in an accident where I was hit by one of their insured drivers. What happened next genuinely surprised me—in the best way. Kimberly Willis, the adjuster from Nationwide, reached out and delivered one of the most outstanding examples of kindness and professionalism I’ve ever encountered in a claims process. She was quick, efficient, and incredibly thoughtful. I felt heard, respected, and supported from the very first call. She made sure I could get my repairs done at the shop of my choice, and the entire process was smooth and easy. I just called in and was going to get a quote but the lady act like she had an attitude and then when I was telling her about my policy, she start laughing so I thought that was more like a joke.!!!

Insured my first car in the 70s. Still my mother's insurance company. Mr Jim Fisher wrote my first policy. I was saddened to read about his passing. He seemed the community well and his children are continuing his legacy.
