Great team. Professional but still very personal, which isn’t always the case in insurance. Haven has been great to work with, and Jody is fantastic. From easy, genuine conversation to walking through the fine details, they make the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward. Out of all the insurance companies I've ever dealt with in the last 30 years Haven and Stephanie was by far the best experience. They were willing to do everything over the phone but I'm old school and needed to see it in person and when I showed up I felt like family (even the beautiful dog loved me 😂). So after they explained everything to me I tried to find a question to ask but I couldn't because not only did they explain it to me they showed it to me as it was written on the computer and they were willing to print it out of that were to help me understand all the policies, AND THAT ALONE made me make by far the fastest decisions I've ever made on insurance and not to mention they actually beat everyone else's prices.
