Worst insurance company ever!! Oh sure, Craig is right there when you are interested in signing up. He will be only too happy to take your money, but if you ever need help with anything or have a question, don't ever expect a response!! I sent him numerous emails asking questions, and he never had the decency to respond. So disappointing!! I switched companies due to my dissatisfaction, and he claimed I still owed money on my policy. I didn't.......and he sent a collection agency after me!! He is so unprofessional. Don't use this company. Oh.....I would have given "0" stars if that was an option.

Disappointed with them. I switched insurances and received paperwork from penndot about proof of new insurance. Erwin said they would take care of it. That was in August. Found out this weekend it wasn't done and my tags are suspended. Christmas week can't drive now. My daughter can't get to preschool will miss her Xmas party. This is horrible. So Disappointed
