Erin with Agency 1 was excellent! She saved me hundreds of dollars on my insurance and made the process so easy! Insurance coverages can be confusing but Erin explained everything so it was so easy to understand and recommended what she thought was best for me too! She’s been doing it for years and is so knowledgeable! I will never have my insurance with anyone except Agency 1! Thank you so much for being so great!

Erin was great at first, but eventually became lackadaisical with her service to us as our agent over the 5-ish years she serviced us. Thus, causing us an almost $3k increase in our annual premiums in this past calendar year when it came time for renewals. Once probed with questions regarding the hikes, she gave us excuses and did little to nothing to help us get our rates down other than offer us the same-ish rates at other providers. She was slow to respond when renewal deadlines were looming. When she did respond after sending check in emails, gave us short once sentence emails, and wouldn’t offer any pertinent information in her responses; like new monthly, biannual, or annual premiums or 1 answer responses for emails that contained 2 or more questions as if she didn’t have the time to
