My family member was in a collision And as their agent they contacted the agency and faxed the police report to the Baxter Agency. They waited to hear after not having been contacted the Baxter Agency only to be told they don't handle claims. Why wasn't that said when they were told to fax the police report? She asked why it wasn't told to them. She was finally given information to contact the toll free number for claims. Needless to say, they will not be doing business with the Baxter Agency in the future. Why pay for that type of lackadaisical service.

I would not recommend this place they were okay for the first year but the second year was awful. It seems David the agent doesn’t like his job or is just lazy because I asked for address to be updated at least : times and it was never done . Due that I never got the paperwork for my audit so my license was canceled and I couldn’t get paid for almost 2 months till find another agent and get everything done . It was a nightmare caused for someone that is not whiling to do his job correctly. I understand mistakes happen but caused my a lot of trouble. Please avoid this agent . The company is good insurance the agent wasn’t the best
